Digital Project & Social Media Manager

Valentina has been part of Creativa since 2015, where she coordinates complex digital projects and manages integrated campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing tools. With a strong focus on monitoring and analyzing digital performance, she designs targeted strategies that combine content and paid media to maximize engagement and campaign effectiveness.

She has developed communication plans for institutional clients such as ICE – the Italian Trade Agency (Train2Markets) and for regional and local entities including: Regione Piemonte (FAMI campaign on integration and legal migration), the University of Turin (Piemonte Giovani Portal and ResearchersNight), Turismo Torino (“Turin, Capital of Taste”), and Unioncamere (SELFIEmployment). More recently, she launched the agency’s corporate blog, reporting on current social media trends. In the past few years, she has also delivered training courses on social media—both online and in-person—for professionals, companies, and public institutions, covering strategy, content, and advertising topics.

Valentina holds a bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts and Media (DAMS) from the University of Padua and a Master’s degree in Cinema and New Media from the University of Turin. Her multidisciplinary background—combining formal analysis, storytelling, and digital strategy—enables her to design content and campaigns with narrative depth and communication effectiveness.

Creative and well-informed, Valentina regularly publishes insights and reflections on topics such as sustainability, social trends, ecotourism, and digital marketing, contributing to the agency’s cultural and strategic innovation.

In 2023, she was appointed Innovation Manager by Italy’s Ministry of Business and Made in Italy (MIMIT).
